      My direct management is great.

      Cons

      I work for Eurofins PSS, which essentially makes me a contractor who has to deal with double the bureaucracy for less pay. Very few advancement opportunities.

      As a first job it seems straight forward, learn a lot because there is a lot to do.

      Everyone seems miserable on the job. Contract work.
