      Job security, and good coworkers.

      Cons

      This company is stuck in the 50’s. The benefits are sub-par, the world schedule isn’t flexible (hard 8-5), the pay is minimal, and management does the least to appear to care about their employees (yes, a day of ice cream is nice but a bonus would be nicer).

      Management is hit or miss. Some are great and really care about helping those under them achieve career goals, other hear your input and completely ignore you.
