Pros
- very loving coworkers (depends on who you work/get along with actually)
Cons
- super cheap, you get 3% raise a year or NO RAISE AT ALL, they always say they are on a "budget" but the revenue has increased so much each year and they would brag about it during company meetings - always hired overqualified people for an entry position so they can offer a lower salary - managers take credit for all the work during company meeting - they will ask you to take on new responsibilities without any raise, you can be working for two positions and still get no raise - 401k isn't fully vested. you need to be with the company for 3 years to be fully vested - super micromanaged managers and unreliable management - managers are always late but leave early - no career advancement, they don't believe in hiring from within - they only buy snacks that are on sale at Costco for the lunchroom - unprofessional work environment - they are sexist! men are treated better than women. - you can develop work-related injuries and they still wouldn't try to implement prevention
