Pros
Everyone is fairly friendly with on another. Even across departments. The cafeteria food is always good, and you can always find something to eat for a reasonable price.
Cons
The pay is abysmal compared to the rest of the industry. There are people that jump ship because the clients we worked for pay significantly more for the same exact work or less. The "employment stability" they boast of and benefits is not worth being underpaid. Even managers and group leaders are underpaid. The bonus is also relatively nothing compared to the revenue the company wide emails claim to make each quarter. You can make the company more money than they've ever seen and they'll give you barely a pay check in compensation, and it's all taxed of course. Every gift they give is taxed. Or they give a company store gift card. So you can buy something from them. It's ridiculous.
