Great team, learning from people with many years of experience within the industry, supportive, great work atmosphere and working conditions.

One con, but not a very important one, is to give the intern more benefits, if it's legally possible, of course. Not like the benefits of a permanent employee, but maybe some of them.

Really good atmosphere. Opportunity to take responsibility. And offer a really good opportunity for networking.
