Money-oriented hierarchical organisation where senior management is not prepared and interested on social and environmental aspects and ignoring real needs. Staff rules on sensitive topics are missing, showing gender and grade unbalances. No career opportunities and lower grade staffs have to get ready for multitasking, overtime and cover responsibilities for which they will be never paid back. Harassment is a hot topic with no capacity of prevention and professional approaches in place yet.
