Here i can freely practice my profession being an Electrical Engineering Graduate and it expand my knowledge in Knowing the electrical system industry.

No downside, People here are friendly and treat every employee as one family.

Good salary, good location from where I live.

Poor people skills, management hadn't a clue how to run teams, staff flighting one another, untidy offices, people had zero skills, vendeta's towards one another. Terrible language and sexism within the workplace. Didn't have an induction into the business. Hardware seriously out of date, their own company didn't even have a website that worked, design studio was laughable, old pc's with Coral Draw, no layout of how many days holiday, no benefits at all.
