Pros

- Projects are very challenging and add a lot of value to one's resume - A good place to start your career out of engineering or any other institute - At the entry level, there isn't so much competition so things are fairly simple

Cons

- Horrendous compensation - Long work hours - Lots of politics at the Manager level and above - Managers are homegrown so their management techniques are very raw which is not something that will work in a global organization.

I have spent time thinking about this. There isn’t a single Pro.

Cons

This is not an organization that supports or enables its employees. Management are completely hands off, no support provided, check ins are non existent, performance reviews aren’t even a thing here. The only reason people are still with this company is because the market is so bad.
