3yWe take pride in our culture, which is one that supports and celebrates diversity. But culture is something which requires every colleague to play their part, be that in their own behaviours or raising concerns if they have experienced behaviours from others which are not in line with our values. We have a culture where we encourage and support colleagues if they have concerns they wish to raise — but if colleagues do not raise them, we cannot take action.
