Pros

They have a select few good employees. Your account is only as good as the Account Manager you have.

Cons

Management fails to recognize that times have evolved. They are notably slow in adopting new technology and are ineffective in training young, new employees. There are no standardized rules applicable to all, and older employees can do as they please.

Pros

-Great learning experience -Some flexibility in schedules and ability to come and go -Beautiful office location near Union Square -Overall, good people/ coworkers -Well respected in the NYC A&D community -Good upfront training for new hire -Great access to NY design events

Cons

-Can have incredibly long hours -What team you work on really changes processes, hours, responsibilities, and expectations (this is why my rating is a 3 instead of a 4) -Companywide processes are non-existent -Favoritism -Continued training is minimal -Vendors/ Rep schedules are too regimented so if you don’t catch them on their scheduled day/ time, you likely won’t reach them in person -You do the job of a superior before you’re promoted to that role, without any pay -Pay is acceptable, but raises and bonuses are not. These aren’t often addressed well until an employee has chosen to leave.
