• Inspiring product and industry vision, starting with the CEO and leadership team and trickling down to the rest of the employees. • Constant opportunities to prove yourself and secure your "seat at the table." Employees and leadership are always looking internally for great ideas to help the business grow and succeed. • Great "work hard play hard" start-up atmosphere.
Cons
• Benefits are poor (except health insurance), especially when taking employee salary and lack of equity and stock options into account. • Having employees spread across the country (offices in DC, LA and Boston) can be challenging with a team of this size.
