Goals could be met consistently and raises will be ignored. New hires will not be given grace for learning. They talk about mental health but have no interest in understanding what that means. Below median pay for micromanaged workload. Does not play to peoples strengths but rather forces them to mold into their image. No work life balance, no leniency for life events or emergencies, even if you’re meeting the minimum requirements, you’ll be berated about it. High standards for low pay.
