      Pros

      Eventbrite really puts an emphasis on caring for the people who work there. For such a global company, it feels like the executive team works in close contact with all team members across the entire company and is interested in hearing from us as individuals. They prioritize employee health and truly encourage a work-life balance. So far, it has been the best experience.

      Cons

      I have had no complaints so far with Eventbrite.

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
