Cons outweigh the Pros - Steward Eventsec Employee Review

Shifts are hard to get at times. There is differently a clique of favourites who get loads of shifts. Some management/booking office staff can be very ignorant. Untrained staff being left on own in some seriously dodgy situations (it's a wonder someone hasn't been seriously hurt yet) Some of the general public can be very entitled. Not as flexible as they portray. Expected to stand for very long periods at a time, like 5 to 12 hours. Breaks are pathetic.
