Very positive experience - Customer Service Representative EverHelp Employee Review

Great place to start a career in customer support. Though I started from the bottom up, the onboarding and training helped me learn the basics rather quickly. The team leads here are also approachable if you need help with anything. I would call the team atmosphere rather friendly, and people are willing to share knowledge. Schedules are fairly flexible, and within the team everyone communicates their expectations quite transparently and upfront.

I kind of expected it when I decided to get into the field, but basically, like any support role, the workload can increase during busy periods. And it took me some time to get used to handling multiple tickets at once.

The team is very supportive and approachable, which makes it easier to learn when you’re new. There are clear guidelines that help you understand how to handle different cases. Managers are open to questions and provide helpful feedback. Overall, it’s a good place to work.

It takes longer to adapt when you work fully remotely, but that may be more challenging for me since I’m not used to it yet. The company actually has many initiatives in place to help team members connect.
