Pros
Work life balance is great as long as you hit your quota. Uncapped commission structure that compensates you pretty well if you get to your goals or above. Most of the reps get to goal. Supportive managers and coworkers that know what they are doing for the most part. If you build your name in the industry and a good business pipeline you will have a good time.
Cons
At the beginning a lot of cold calling is required and insurance agents can be rough over the phone if they don't know you. There are a lot of changes happening both from EQ and the industry as a whole so there is a lot to keep up with. The product still needs some work to improve.
