      Pros

      If you like to just sit on your cell phone and chill. This is the job for you. If you just make your calls they ask and just act like you’re doing something. You’re golden. If you want a company, who’s upper management in the corporate office to never come to the office you’re working in. This is the company for you.

      Cons

      No overtime, micro managed by supervisors, pay isn’t great, commission is trash, high turnover rate, favoritisms, everyone talks about each other behind their backs.

      Pros

      To help people find a new position in their career is very rewarding. The company provides me with all the resources I need to be successful. Good culture. Owner cares and is willing to help everyone. Highly recommend

      The recruiting industry is great overall, but people/candidates can be challenging at times

      Pros

      The company has a great culture. They do not micromanage and provides great resources that allow me to be as successful as possible. They allow for a remote or hybrid schedule. The CEO is not your typical CEO as he is willing to help and even work side by side with you to assist. I appreciate what they offer in a strong base salary, monthly commissions, benefits where they contribute a lot, matching 401k, etc

      Nothing about EverStaff. I really enjoy the recruiting industry and understand people (our candidates) are not always the best
