Very flexible hours
Mostly college and high school crowd great if you’re in that age group
Most of the residents are very nice
They try their best to give recognition to all employees who do very well
Cons
Starting pay is nothing much it really is a first job pay rate which is ok if it is
No benefits for part time employees
Middle management can be a mixed bag some supervisors are great some are not so great
Advancement is minimal but possible
