Pros
The people that you work with.
Cons
I asked for help on accounts because the workload was too much for one person to handle. Management responded by telling me that I could handle it, and proceeded to give me two more accounts. Majority of the day is spent in fighting with manufacturing and other departments, because no one wants to accept blame for mistakes made. Customers suffer because the bottom line is the only thing that matters to the company. I spent 3.5 years with the company and never once met the owners. Management does a poor job in communicating with employees. They do an excellent job of segmenting the work force into teams, and encouraging in fighting among departments. Management runs sites daily, and frequently has their door closed when employees need help. I asked to interview for a vacant management position, and was told that once it was made available they would let me know. They then hired someone from the outside. "Raises" as they are called are less than 3% a year. 3% is the max you can get but you are frequently told it is IMPOSSIBLE to get to 3%. Was told by upper management that the job is project management, but classified as customer service to pay employees less.
