Like I said - as a WHOLE - the company is good. I wouldn’t say it’s a top workplace, even though they get awards for it. Maybe it’s because of the experience I had. I was able to close some deals, made a good chunk of change. But, it’s never enough, at least with my manager. The difference in managers from team to team is insane. There is no consistency in how teams are run, especially out east compared to those out west. A lot of what my manager told me contradicted what was taught in training. And, you can also tell who her favorites were and who wasn’t. I guess that is similar to a lot of companies. There are pros and cons to it all, unfortunately I got stuck with one of the cons. Recruiting is a stressful industry as is, no need to have a manager who makes it worse. I may have stayed had if I was on a better led team.
