Pros
Worked with some nice people Free lunch - but the food is not great. Free gym Yearly bonus (doesn't seem to be performance related) Go home at 5pm every day.
Cons
Autonomous company. Extreme micro-management from head office. Staff not encouraged to bring ideas to the table or think outside the box. Company more concerned with your clocking-in and clocking-out rather than the merit of your work. Castrated if you're a couple of minute late more than once in a month. Very limited opportunities to move up the ladder. Below average salary. Below average benefits package. Bare minimum holiday allowance. Promotions seems to be handed out based on length of service rather than merit of work; resulting in an unnecessary amount of middle management, who frankly would not survive outside of the Evergreen bubble. Tired looking office which has no AirCon - big problem in the summer time unless you enjoy sitting in 35'c heat.
