      The application process was smooth and fast. The interviewers were very friendly and accomodating. They are kind and professional. The company offers good benefits including the opportunity to work from home. They will provide the equipments and training too.

      Working at home Helps with learning things you do not like Gain some experience in things you can use elsewhere

      Doesn't treat everyone equally You are just another butt in the seat Still waiting on refund for equipment No one replies at the email address you are given once you leave Expect you to have no life No communication on FMLA loan status they just .close out ticket saying its resolved with no resolution Don't pay the agents more than leadership
