Everyone is just so positive, everyone is a go-getter, and it's truly fun to show up to work and you know your gonna be talking to your friends. This is because of the workplace culture they foster and continually are improving. You can see this through the week-long in-person working sessions they off us. We are remote and the fact that they want us to come work in person for a week to bond and learn more about the company says a lot about the future success of Everlght.
Cons
Evelright can work on developing more thorough workplace checks and balances. Having a more direct and known way to handle workplace issues will help not only the staff but also the first-line leaders by alleviating unnecessary stress.
