My favorite thing about working at Everlight Solar is the community. I have only been here for a short time, but the company has completely welcomed me with open arms. I have really appreciated the combined effort from everyone to make me feel a part of a team. I have been able to collaborate with people from almost every department, which is encouraged. I have learned that work can be something you look forward to. Everyone who works at Everlight really tries to be a champion for everyone to succeed. I have also appreciated the different projects that I have been able to work on. I have gained so many new skills and experiences that I will take with me forever. I think someone who is open-minded, driven, appreciates a good work/life balance, and loves a good snack bar and fully stocked fridge would love to work at Everlight Solar.
