I don’t feel the need to reiterate what has already been said. My advice is to read the recent reviews to gain a clearer picture of what it is like to work at Everlywell (as other have noted, it appears the most recent positive reviews have been fabricated and posted to help mitigate the poor rating but that is up to the interviewee to discern) or reach out to past and present employees via LinkedIn.
I will address one thing: the replies to the recent reviews state, “working at a start-up is hard” and it is absolutely the case but it is no excuse for treating people poorly, which is very much a reality at EW. In my experience, they will get you very excited to start only to treat you like a nobody as soon as you arrive. They will say that the company is in “high-growth mode” but great employees are voluntarily leaving or getting fired left and right - the highest turnover I have seen at any company that I have worked for.
