Good pay - however pay was offset by off-hours mandatory storm duty requirements.
Cons
Leadership condescending and unapproachable. You will constantly be tested for your corporate loyalty - your accomplishments will be discounted if loyalty is not properly met. Big population of long-term 'yes' employees; insulated from dynamic thinking and consequences. You will carry their load. Undisclosed random drug tests for employees during the hiring process - why not be transparent on this issue?
