Pros
I've never met or worked with such an awesome and motivating crew of folks. They are constantly catering food and drinks to the office for everyone with good music and a relaxed atmosphere to go along with it. That's just while you're at work! There are events constantly happening from poker nights to kick off meetings. It's actually harder not to fall in love working here. But you've got to put in hard work and be willing to learn as much as you can, especially your first year. You've always got someone who understands that you can vent and complain to or ask advice to try to figure out what it might be that you could be doing wrong when times get tough, so it helps when something doesn't go the way you'd hoped.
Cons
It's 100% Commission so if you're not prospecting or constantly marketing, you're gonna struggle financially between closing deals. But when you do close, you can receive anywhere from a couple hundred, to potentially multiple thousands of dollars within 48 hours of closing the deal, and that wont take you long to learn which is still pretty sweet if you ask me.
