Pros

Good location, great colleagues, free breakfast daily, very competitive benefits with unlimited paid vacation

Cons

Disruptive atmosphere. Constant turnover for no reason - employees are laid off every year at the end of the year and then new employees hired in January and February to do the same job. They are constantly moving desks/people around for no reason and doing unnecessary "improvements" like remodeling and repainting in the middle of the day.

Pros

My hiring process was a very positive experience! The team was extremely communicative throughout the process and answered all of my questions along the way. It was comforting to know where I stood throughout each round of interviews. The team culture is supportive, encouraging and pushing each other to achieve team goals as well as personal. Management trusts their teams to do their jobs and are supportive when needed. EDH offers a great work/life balance with flexible working hours, flexible in-office days and unlimited PTO.

Cons

Hiring process was a bit lengthy. Individual interviews were needed at times but some could have been in a panel/group setting with 1-2 current employees.
