Pros
Culture and people--I work with extremely smart people who are very driven, friendly, and always willing to help! Offering--Maven Wave has an extremely wide sweet spot of innovative solutions and capabilities for Google Workspaces and Google Cloud Platform. Very compelling use cases, satisfied customers, and extremely talented delivery team. Company--Great Management and Execs steering the ship. Atos integration presents many new opportunities for increased resources and business opportunities. Ability to attract, hire and retain top talent. Relationship with Google--being the #1 services partner for the last 3 years in a row has opened many doors at all levels with Google.
Cons
I have been with the company only a short while, but I have not experienced any cons thus far. Growing pains from rapid growth and continued integration with Atos are to be expected, but ultimately both are huge net benefits.
