The company itself is not bad but sadly it is run by HR - really full of politics and game playing. Illogical policies of late and really bad leadership in HR. The company needs to focus on getting this particular department in order otherwise this will suffer like legacy Syntel

1. HR department of this company is led by illogical and political people with equally nonsensical policies and schemes 2. Just because HR is running the business does not mean team is not suffering. Company CEO should look into this 3. Look deeper into this department and you will find that they just like harassing their team members 4. Team members who take short cuts are being promoted - follow blindly and you stay, ask questions and you are laid off 5. Top level management is blind sided by HR and it has effected employees across locations with negative culture 6. New bonus scheme is so bogus that employees have not even received their semester payment as payable 7. Change your HR and see magic happening Extremely toxic culture and negative people climbing roles in this team - change is needed
