When in the office the location is a plus as it is based on Baker Street so very close to popular locations in Central London. Small team but great to work with.

Wages not paid by BACS but a bank transfer on the day and not always paid on time always a worry month to month if we will be paid on time. No pay rise in the 3 years I was there. Not any real career progression and staff turnover is very high this is down too developers having work overload because of staff shortages and because of issues with wages. Very slow responses by management when trying to get tasks completed. Disappointed to see colleagues leave over the years because of ongoing company issues with work and finance. Not enough recognition for time and effort put into work and leads generated. Basement office so no windows and only air con for ventilation and no kitchen.
