      I learned a lot

      Felt like I was the scrum at the bottom of my bosses shoe. I get that you want competitive people but when you're overworking your employees and underpaying them it isnt worth it. Never got my commission and pay I was promised. If I could leave no stars, that would be a good review. They tell you false promises to get you in the door. Trust me, any other job is better than this one!

      Pros

      Evolution Development group has a great team of leaders who give very fun hands on training to everyone that joins the team. It’s the most fun I’ve ever had in a job and the pay is great !

      I have no complaints !

      Pros

      People are nice enough, or at least they act nice enough, honestly hard to tell since everyone is a salesperson

      Cons

      Pretty much the job itself, sure they train you for it, but if you cant keep up with them, they will just let you go. They talk big about how everyone looks out for each other, yet if you cant make a sale or if you need more time to practice the skills needed, theyll quite litetally just drop you and move on.
