Toxicity, Unprofessionalism, and Incompetence. I’ve had the misfortune of being part of the absolute disaster that is Evolution. This place has managed to excel in all the wrong aspects, creating an environment that is nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin? First off, let’s talk about the toxic work environment. It’s as if negativity runs through the veins of this company. The lack of camaraderie is astonishing, and it’s evident that trust is an alien concept here. And let’s not forget about the employees themselves. The level of unprofessionalism is mind-boggling. It’s almost as if they picked random individuals off the street without any regard for their qualifications or background. The result? An assembly of incompetence that somehow passes as a team. I’ve seen people struggle with tasks that should be basic for their roles, and it’s a miracle that this company manages to function at all. But wait, it gets better – or worse. The management at Evolution is a case study in poor leadership. And if you dare to voice your concerns, be prepared to be met with dismissive attitudes and a complete lack of accountability. The lack of recognition for hard work and dedication is demoralizing. People with good experience, who could have contributed so much to the company, end up leaving after just a few months. In conclusion, if you’re a glutton for punishment and enjoy being surrounded by incompetence, toxicity, and unprofessionalism, then by all means, join the circus that is Evolution.
