Inclusive and transparent Manger/s in Group P&C Treated as one of the team from day 1 - I didn't feel like a 'temp' by my team at all. I was covering extended Annual Leave Comprehensive handover to set me up for success which was appreciated Operates in the hybrid model which adds a bonus gold star Chairman/CEO down people acknowledge you in passing which builds the right culture

Whereas my Group P&C Team were great there was a slight dissatisfaction I felt in other teams which could be watered down by adopting more of the culture I experienced in P&C. Culture is very important to Evolution and it is something they keep building on.
