Pros
If an Evolve employee does well at the right time and in front of the right person, they will give you a lunchbox and call you awesome.
Cons
It will not matter to the company, despite their written policies and values, if an employee is injured or sick. It will not matter if an employee needs a bit more training to understand a task. If the numbers aren't there, it will result in termination and there will be no recourse. This kind of metric forces people to work while sick/injured or unprepared. They will "coach" you with condescending tones and judgment. For a company that espouses the values, the mission and the promises that is does, it cares nothing for the well being of its employees and most probably believes that work life balance is just an idea that some crazy person made up.
