Pros

The company offers good exposure and learning opportunities, especially for employees who want hands-on experience and growth. The CEO from Dubai is genuinely a great person who values employees and tries to improve processes and work culture.

Cons

However, the biggest issue in the organization is the lack of trust and stability. Many employees are made to feel unheard and undervalued, which has resulted in several capable people leaving the company. The main concern is the HR leadership. It is surprising to see someone without proper HR background or people management skills leading the department. Basic professionalism and respect towards employees, especially junior team members, are often missing. Publicly insulting employees, rude communication, and creating a blame culture only affect morale negatively. Some people in the HR team behave as though they run the company.
