Pros
Great company to work for depending on your manager or position. Great and fun co-workers. Nice management with open door policies. Great industry to learn and great opportunity for future employers as their clients are big names. Pay is fair and benefits are standard. 401k could be better as the company does not contribution to the plan but the plan they offer is pretty impressive as its through a major financial institution, which could probably cost you a lot if you purchase a plan by yourself. Self-starters will do fine at this company. If your a person who need direction, you'll do fine also, but, be aware that micro-management will annoy you at times. Overall, I've worked for worse companies. Best advice I would recommend, keep your head down and get the the work done.
Cons
Micro-management. High turn over. A lot of different weird personalities. No HR representative in the local offices. Lack of communication among departments at times.
