None. Worst company I have worked for in my working career of 45 years.
Cons
Management hasn'the a clue on running a company. Rules change continously. Employees are poorly trained, yet expected to know everything and not make errors. Employees constantly being called into management offices and reprimanded or written up. Language used by managment is demeaning. During a 12 month period, 19 people were fired or let go. Turnover is constant. SWEAT SHOP environment. Under any circumstances. These people are not human!!!
