Underpaid, Overworked, Liars. - Team Leader ExamWorks Employee Review

Disgusting company to work for, absolutely no respect for any of its employees since it changed ownership a few years back. They are now forcing people to change their job titles and change roles within the business with absolutely no training and disciplining staff when they under-perform. I Couldn't have enjoyed the first 18 months of my employment at Kindertons but after that it has big one big gradual slide into the mess that they are now, staff turnover is going through the roof. I would avoid all potential employees and business providers to avoid Kindertons for the simple fact; no-one cares.
