Pros
Some great coworkers, decent benefits could be better but not the absolute worst. Huge lunch room/break room but people will eat your food. Eww
Cons
This company have no sympathy for disabled veterans. I am rated 80% disabled due to military service. When I first came to work for the company I was able to quickly become a valuable asset to the company. I showed up early and left late. I always went above and beyond. I never gotten a bad write up. Once my health started to spiral a bit they were so unsupportive, eventually firing me because of Fmla but using COVID as an excuse. I was one of the first ones let go despite my supervisor Jessica spending all week ensuring me not to log in but that I wasn’t being let go.There is no fair pay scale. I came with an abundance of experience as well as a bachelors degree and still had to fight for my raises even though some of management friends would get hired on starting off making more than those already there. They highly discourage you from sharing your pay rate but people really do talk too much and will share and in all retrospect it opens your eyes to the unjust system. They had an issue with petty things such as diffusers and oils because a smoker couldn’t handle the smell of peppermint oil, or sage or lavender. Very little to no room for advancement because they want to hire their friends for those spots.
