My team feel genuinely like my friends. Everyone is a team player. Incentives are either individual led but obtainable by team effort. Meaning your work is constantly recognised Staff are listened too. Sovereign look out for you, they constantly consider what they can do to keep you happy.
Cons
Any members of the team who are not team players are quickly removed.
