Every organization will have pro n cons but how we overtake and concentarte on our work is the one which simplies your attitude to be succussful in your career.,So i never bother the downside of the company and EGS has a great work atmospher to work for any employee.

There is no pros about this company

I was called about a position and I couldn't understand anything they said. I had to have them repeat themselves 4-5 times. I was told that I would have a phone interview the next day at 9am. Well when 9:30 rolled around and I never got the called, I called them back. Again, I couldn't understand anything they were saying but he said he would have one of his team members call me back. I don't know about others, but when someone says you will be getting a phone interview, I would expect that call. I am sure whoever their client is (some place in West Virginia) would not appreciate the way they conduct business. I know that if I say I will be at an interview at 9 and don't show up, I probably will not get the job. Might be a good fit for those who don't speak english and can understand what they are saying, I know I couldn't.
