- Really close-knit team that support and help you develop. - Both Jonathan and Dave are really approachable directors that want to progress your career and notice and praise your work. - The office is nice and fresh with good equipment. - Excelerate offers a good commission structure. - Usually, recruitment hours can be really tough and there is a hire and fire mentality this is not the case for Excelerate at all. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into recruitment and be trained and natured well!

I have worked for a few organisations but have never felt so welcomed and valued as I do at Excelerate. The training for new starters is second to none and the Director takes his time to understand how you learn and how to get the best results from you. As colleagues, we work together as a team offering advice and support to each other. Staff are rewarded with quarterly nights out once targets have been met. The location for the office is great with plenty of free parking.

The office equipment is a bit out-dated although improvements have been started in recent weeks with a new breakout area and meeting room.
