It is a fast paced environment that allows for a lot of growth. Everyone is more than willing to help you hit your goals which is unique. Management responsibilities are given early in the program as you are seen as a future manager, not an employee.

The standards are set high. If you feel you are goal driven it will have you live up to your full potential as that is required.

You're part of a team here, not just another employee left to succeed on your own. Positive atmosphere, and everyone celebrates another team member's success. The team feeling doesn't leave when you leave the office. It's nice having a career that I look forward to going to every day. I don't have to worry about missing out on my family responsibilities, my boss is supportive and I am willing to do my job duties outside the office too if needed. I love that any of my ideas are considered and brought forth where they can be used. I enjoy seeing friends everyday, not just co-workers. Everyone respects one another. I love seeing the growth of the company.

I can't think of any challenges at this moment. I know if there are any that arise, there is always a solution to work around it.
