Pros

Paid on time and accurate I’m lucky to have 25hrs a week which is rare for a cleaning company. Monday-Friday Other cleaning staff and former managers (before they left)

Cons

Even though I’m on more hours than most, the time of hours are bad. 3pm-8:30pm so awkward if you want to clock watch in mornings and get home at 9/half 9 at night. There’s no room for negotiation. Before they took over, they promised us more holiday entitlement and higher pay but when they took over, they backtracked on all of it. There’s no overtime available. High turnover. Since they have joined September 2025, they have lost over 100 employees from different sites including all management because standards and demands are high for what you get offered in return. Nothing you do is good for this company and little reward.
