Pros
The job itself is amazing. It feels great to help the community. Most of the coworkers are kind as well. All of the buildings are very nice. The pay is fairly decent.
Cons
The management team is horrible. They play favorites and make it a terrible work environment. They encourage coworkers to throw each other under the bus and snitch. The employee morale is extremely low. I have never worked in a place with managers this unprofessional. They lack personal responsibility. There's also a major breakdown in communication . They expect you to know things even though they never told you. They could also use some unconscious bias training. Racism runs rapport there. The management team never has your back. PS I hope you don't like breaks... Because you're not going to get them.
