Highly engaged owner, with substantial capital resources and strong drive within the business. Very talented staff at multiple levels, all seem dedicated to success. Competitive pay, and reasonable expectations for performance.
Cons
Highly engaged owner, with "shiny ball" problem of shifting focus all the time. Tends to direct sales and development to only go after the really big fish (often with low chance of success), while ignoring many smaller fish with much higher chances of success.
