Pros

If you don't mind deceiving and lying to get ahead it's a good job for you. Also don't have any bills you have to pay because this job is commission based and you'll be struggling to make ends meet.

Cons

They tell you during the interview that you'll be making thousands a month, but you won't. You may end up having to stand outside in rain and snow fixing windshields as apart of one of their person to person sales items. And you'll be lucky to get 2 a day so that's 40 dollars for a full day's work. Best part of all is your traveling around the whole city is not reimbursed, so gas and everything falls on you. Many times I would get sent out to areas that were more than an hour away, then expected to come back at the end of the day. Would end up spending so much money on gas per week and I would never been compensatd for it. In the long run this job just wasn't work it.

Pros

Exclusive Promotions is a place designed to teach people a "Business Owner" mentality so that they can learn how to manage themselves and others. Its a hugely motivating and rewarding environment for anybody who understands the basic concept of investing personally in one's own development. The management invests a ton of personal time and energy into helping people reach their potential, but they do not hold hands and provide shortcuts - it is an environment where effort and dedication yield high results. This is what makes being a part of the company so fulfilling - I am the one in direct control of the level of my success. In my time in the company I have seen my managers, leaders, and peers all invest huge amounts of personal time into building strong relationships and to provide a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for everyone. We have regular "Team Nights" that invite everyone and their families out to socialize and bond in a non-work-related setting, which is something that I have never been a part of in any other position I've held. I can also honestly consider the overwhelming majority of my peers and supervisors friends, which is another thing that I can not say I have ever been able to do at any other position I have held.

Cons

Like any other high-yield, high-reward environment, there is also an expectation of high effort. If somebody wants to earn learn more or progress faster they have to put in an equally high amount of time and energy. The amount of opportunities available here seem to attract a lot of people looking for "short cuts" for success, and when these people begin to realize that they can't shortcut an already fast-paced training program, their negativity brings the energy and motivation of the rest of the office down. Sometimes the managers don't hold the team accountable enough so that these kinds of people are allowed to continue affecting the morale of the office.

Pros

Exclusive Promotions, Inc. really values their employees. There are many opportunities for those candidates who are looking for growth and advancement. I have been to meetings and events in different states, which has been fully covered by the company and have been a great experience. I have learned valuable information that has helped me personally and professionally. Like every other job, this job may or may not be a good fit for every single person. During the interview process you are encouraged to ask questions and they will be answered truthfully. There are no 'puppets' in the company. The employees are part of the team because they choose to be and are motivated to learn, grow and succeed. The marketing and promotional systems are used for specific reasons.. they work. The company is growing and will continue to grow. It's frustrating when you see negative reviews from others because they are untruthful and disrespectful. It's unfortunate that this position was not the right fit for you, but there is no need to 'bash' a good company and great staff.

Cons

About 30-35 minutes from Chicago.
