Pros

They’ve had at least five female employees put in their notice over the last few months. Two Women are Managing Partners. They will be quick to tell you it’s their company. They receive a lot of business from all the utility companies because they’re minority owned. They don’t value anything that employees provide for feedback on areas of improvement, especially if they’re not well versed or skilled in that discipline or domain. They don’t see the value in spending money on technology.

Cons

Employees were not given a company card - they have to pay out of pocket for everything and then get reimbursed as long as a month after. The previous review about the time off policy for Parental Leave is true - they do not offer 3 months 100% paid like most of their clients and competitors do. The bonus comment is also true - employees do not receive the full bonus in the summer or after Christmas. It’s completely subjective and based on how the owners feel about you.

Pros

I can approach leadership with ideas, concerns or opportunities with confidence that they will listen. There's a lot of flexibility to create your own growth opportunities and progress.

Cons

Training material is inconsistent across the company and not everyone gets the right support on boarding.

Pros

Good work environment. PTO time was decent.

Cons

Just like most companies, wages have not kept up with inflation. This company values their employees in a lot of ways but ignores the most important aspect, money. This company could've been the best career path I could imagine, if the financial motivation was there.
