The people! I cannot stress enough how incredible the people at this company are. The flexible hours resulted in a very efficient and effective work life. There is a lot of trust awarded to the employees and gratitude is often expressed. My manager was truly wonderful and I felt lucky to work for her. Sara, Sheri, and Jim are true leaders and I'm excited to see what the future brings for EM.

Senior management is nothing but a bunch of backstabbing goons with no concept of how to lead a team. They are SO money hungry and cheap that they'd do anything to take money from clients but nothing for the employees. If you want to move up in a company, don't bother holding your breath as it is nearly impossible. People who don't deserve promotions get them leaving others that actually deserve them disgruuntled. This isn't a serious job if that's what you're looking for.
